My Journey to publication.
It has taken me four years from beginning to form this story in my mind to getting out into the big wide world today! I have always wanted to write and even attempted a love story or two in my early twenties; but life got in in the way. As a nurse working shifts there was very little time or energy, for writing a novel. I did try! I had an old word processor I took in for my breaks on night shift but that broke and I never finished my stories.
When I had children I began telling stories to them and my passion for story telling flared again! I loved it and began writing down our characters and thinking of ways their journey could become a huge adventure. My writing style changed dramatically until I found one I was comfortable with, so too did the story but I am pleased with the end result! It is gratifying and so awesome to see reviews form people who have loved it too!
The journey of a self-published author is never easy and it is such a huge learning curve. So many people have helped and supported me along the way and I am extremely grateful to all of them.
