We understand that from time to time you may not be entirely happy when you receive your order due to delivery issues or very rarely due to the quality of the products and we lay out below our policy to enable you to either return products to us in appropriate circumstances, or receive a replacement.
Please note replacements cannot be guaranteed as all products are outsourced. Where posted direct from Karen Tomlinson they are always sent in good order.
We trust that you will be happy with the quality of the items you receive. Please let us know if there are any issues.
Books will be sent in good order and sent with ‘signed for’ mail.
If your goods arrive faulty please take an image of the issue and contact email@karentomlinson within 14 days of receiving your goods.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep your goods, or wish to return them for a refund, you will need to return the item AS NEW at your own cost within 14 days from informing Karen Tomlinson. Once the returned goods are received by Karen Tomlinson you will receive your refund within a further 14 days.
All clothing items are made to order so please ensure you check the size guide before ordering as we cannot offer a return for custom-made items unless the clothing is damaged or faulty. Other products are also made to order so returns and replacements will not be offered unless damaged or faulty.
For physical goods, you have the right to cancel for up to 14 days. If it is too late to cancel and the goods are already posted, the goods must be returned at your own cost. Once received in good order by Karen Tomlinson, you will receive a refund.
For digital goods, for example, ebooks, there is no right to return as per U. K. government guidelines.
This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location, and applies to all orders submitted through our website.
For any items damaged in shipping please report to us as soon as the item is received.
For any issues regarding quality, damages or faults please email: firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and one of Karen’s team will be in touch. We will work with you to the best of our ability to resolve any issues.
**This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 215).**
Please note – Clothing and many other items are outsourced and made to order. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Items that are made to order may take a month or more to arrive with you. Please be patient. You can email: email@example.com to see if there is any news on your order after 14 days if it has not arrived. We use tracked orders where available from our suppliers and for postage to our customers, so it may be possible to investigate where your order is.
We do have certain items in stock. Stock levels should be stated, or if the item is made to order that should also be stated. However, if you want to check stock level with us before ordering please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
Payments are managed securely through the website using Stripe and woocommerce secure payment gateway in accordance with GDPR regulations.
