Putting all my writing updates in my newsletter is making them too long, so I’ve decided to use a good ‘ole fashioned blog post to keep you updated.

There’s a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment as I try and catch up from my dad’s passing. I’m slowly getting there, though! 

The first thing I’m working on is the King of Demons Kickstarter. There are a lot of ducks that need wrestling into a row, but again, I have made good progress. The backer surveys will go out very soon. I’m just waiting on a Backerkit review (These are the guys that I am using to correlate all the survey information) to make sure it will work correctly. It’s like setting up a separate website and shop just for the backer survey. It’s very time-consuming and complicated for my already full brain, but we are nearly there! I’m working through the changes they have advised to make the process smoother for all of my backers. I have also set up a shop on their platform, so if you missed out on any of the art or books that you wanted, you’ll be able to grab them from there, and they will be sent either with your other rewards or shipped to you once the shop closes and fulfilment is in progress.

I have no assistant or help with any of my book stuff, so I’m working as fast as I can to get all of the lovely special editions out to my readers.

Once the survey is done and the books are in production, I’ll get the general market book onto Amazon, and all of the books in the Aether Chronicles series into Kindle Unlimited.

Blood Lust (Book 1 in the Blood Throne Series) has gone to Judi for editing, which I’m so happy about. I’m aiming for a late November release, but I’ll confirm the cover reveal and release date very soon. Don’t forget to preorder your copy. You’ll want to keep this one on your Kindle! I love the dynamics between these characters so much. It’s definitely harder writing a ‘why choose’ but also so much fun! They are going to destroy each other in the worst and best ways!
