Please take a moment to enjoy this trailer which represents the feel of the first half of A Bond of Venom and Magic. In just a few short moments Diamond’s life changes drastically. She has to survive monsters and her own untamed magic in the wild depths of the ancient forest. Being lost in the forest with a mortal prince is one thing, but can she trust her saviour Commander Hugo Casimir?

James has done a fantastic job of recreating the atmosphere from the endless dead forest. The sound track represents the fighting scenes enormously well. Hugo is a powerful magic wielder and although he tries to stop it he cannot deny the way his magic yearns for Diamond’s. In turn Diamond’s newly discovered, wild magic and her battle with the dragon is portrayed well with fire. I love the blue fire at the end which suggests a meeting of Hugo’s and Diamond’s magic.
